A downloadable tool
Medusapp is an offline tool that allows you to upload a map (dungeon, overworld, region - you name it!) and add interactive pins to its surface. The pins are movable and highly customizable - perfect for marking wandering NPCs or hazards. Each pin has a slot for a title and a detailed description.

Nice app. But how to change default icon, color and size? Renaming and reordering in StreamingAssets folder doesn't work.
At the moment it is unfortunatelly not possible to change them
